Headed east this week to The Slow Bone for 2 lbs of fatty briskey, 2 lbs of hickory sausage (they were out of jalapeno), some mac and cheese for me and some greens for the Mrs. We called ahead and everything was hot and waiting for us when we got there. More good eating in the week ahead.
