With apologies to Davey Crockett, who said "You can all go to hell, I shall go to Texas." Thursday, my buddy Scott picked up two whole briskets at Cattleack BBQ and one had my name on it. This morning, I headed up to Green's Texas BBQ in Euless and loaded up there. There were 20 folks in line when he opened at 11 and I was number 2.
